LA Southbay’s Traveling Duo

About Pricey Diggs

Pricey Diggs is Mark McMillen on keys and vocals, along with Annie Boreson on cajon, percussion and vocals.

Growing up in Boulder, Colorado Mark played in various bands in the late 60's and 70's until gravitating to the music scene of San Francisco. He then spent a number of years on the East coast splitting time between NYC (where Chaka Khan recorded his composition, "So Not To Worry") and the Florida Keys with his own band. He began his European adventure in the 80's living in Ibiza, Berlin, Milan, and spent ten summers in Biarritz, France, followed by three seasons in French Alp ski resorts with his house band.

After those life changing years of music, surf, and ski, he moved inevitably to Los Angeles and began what turned into twenty-five years of touring with RnB singer/songwriter legend Bobby Caldwell ("What You Won't Do For Love"). Mark co-wrote "Call Me Up", "I Give In", "It's All Coming Back To Me Now", and "What About Me" with Bobby, all in the Caldwell discography. Mark also has recorded three CD's of his own, "It's About Time", "Mark McMillen" and the latest, "Keenyo," which all feature original songs. He has shared the stage and opened shows for Santana, Tina Turner, Weather Report, Randy Crawford, Boney James, Eric Benet, Al Cooper, Anjani, Leonard Cohen, Ramsey Lewis, and Brian Auger.

He and his wife Annie have recently embarked on camper inspired road trips up and down the California, Oregon, and Washington coastlines as the duo "Pricey Diggs". Annie (Tipsy Licks) on cajon/vocals, and Mark (Pricey Diggs) on keyboards/vocals, play a variety of R&B, Latin, Reggae, Jazz, Country, Pop, Funk, Rock, as well as originals...coming soon to a town near you!

Pricey and Tipsy are as smooth as they come. Great sound and always interacting with the crowd. Great performers!
